Dreamweaver 8 Using Visual Infinite Menu With Frames, Nothing Shows On Parent Frame

Just like the title says, im using an upper frame and a lower frame, I dont know how to set the menu or dreamweaver to allow the menu to run over into the parent frame.......its really frustrating. Thanks for any help!
