Outlook Express Folders Disappear

I like to work with a lot of folders but the last time I added a folder another one disappeared. The Junk mail folder has also disappeared. MyISP sorts junk mail, but there was also a folder in Outlook Express. Can I get these folders back? Is there a limit to how many folders OE supports? I'm using Windows XP.
