Just got a new computer with Vista Home Basic on it. I have a HP PSC2110xi attached to it. HP told me to use the paint program to do my scanning via a chat session. True, it does scan but there have to be a multitide of adjustments to even put scanned material into a working form.

Is there someway to get the HP Director back?

Does anyone know if HP is really working on making new drivers?

I don't believe that HP is going to make a new driver for VISTA, as M$ has already included the drivers. Check this link.
