Professors of physics marvel at how you're creating energy and matter out of absolutely nothing. They invite you to a physics convention where your secret is revealed, and no matter how many times you change your phone number to unlisted, you get at least 1.2x10^4 phone calls per day. It annoys the heck out of you.

You get your wish, but then your wish is unveiled by the great wizard Wish Revealer(who is unaffected by anyone elses wishes), who then takes away your wish.

Snicker bars become the new currency. You pour all your "money" into the stock market and it crashes, so you never actually get to eat any
