Hi all,
I have Vista Home Premium - the backup never works - when creating a shadow copy it fails saying that the files are corrupt giving error as above. I have checked this out but the solution does not work. Can anyone please help? Mesh (manufacturers) have told me that they think it may be a software problem and I should re-install.This seems a bit drastic on a new PC.
Has anyone got the same problem and if so have they fixed it?
