Online Communities a Godsend for IT Managers

I can say this is definitely the case. I have learned a ton of stuff by perusing this site in particular, but various places on the Internet.

Does this article represent anyone else's experience? (to a certain extent.)

absolutely, I don't think I could put it to exact numbers, but using Google is a life-saver for me every day. Makes it so much easier to solve any issue that I happen to run across

I used to think of google as annoying.. but yes I learned about 50% about all the stuff I know on the computer and mostly on google. Thanks google people nobody ever thanks.
