I have been using Nero for a long time now without any problems until lately, now I am getting this error message "unable to create the disc structure". I just do not know what to do here. Can anyone help me out?

Been there, done that. I have Nero 7 ultra and have been using it for a long time. Something has changed, not of my doing. I have read the forum contents on this issue and just do not understand how something like this just happens. Is it software degridation or a timed default issue?

I don't know what's on those pages as I'm at work now and they are blocked by a filter, but have you tried deleting your temp files?

Click Start, Run and then enter "%temp%" without the quotes, then hit OK. Delete all files you see. If some cannot be deleted, then repeat the above process in Safe Mode. Then empty your recycle bin.

Also, right click on Internet Explorer, clear your history, temporary internet files, and cookies.

I don't have NERO, but if it caches any files, delete any temporary files it creates. If you have a program like CCleaner, it might have an option to clean this, but I'm not sure.

Let me know.

My cookies and history files are deleted automaticaly when I close Explorer, also I have WinXP Manager which dose a good job of deleting all temp. and juck files.
