Divx Will Not Install On My Computer can you please help me install it

I downloaded from mozilla firefox version 1.5 and internet expolrer 7.0 and i ran the installer and it shows an error right away stating that the Divconnectiontester.exe failed and to send or not to send an error report, Also after i click dont send the installer continues and fails once more stating that divx failed and to send or not to send... that is all.

I don't know that much about it, but could it be a download with spyware?

Where did you download DIVX from?
