i just got a comstar external dvd dl/cd rw writer.
now the problem occured because i didnt have the usb plugged in and i downloaded daemon tools.
when i installed daemon tools it made a new virtual drive (E) which was what my burner was.
the burner worked fine on e but now its drive f.
and i cannot get anything to read or write on it. it keeps telling me that it is unneccesable and it says incorrect function.
now i have taken off the virtual drive and it still says drive f.
any ideas?
is there a way to physicaly change the drive back to e
should i try a reinstall?
ive lost the manual and cannot find any technical support for this particular item.
any help would be much appreciated
thnx
