There are a few I would like to forget, but that wouldn't do me any good unless the other people who know forgot too.....

Perhaps, but unless they brought it up everyday, it could make you feel better to forget.
When I'm asking for help, please explain, in detail, every step. Thank you :).
I have nightmares about computer glitches and bugs.

I would like to forget some things. Doing EMS work, I have seen some things that aren't too pleasant.

There are memories that I say "I wish I could forget". But the truth is that I wince upon recollection but knowingly aware of the fact that it has helped me to become the person I am today. We all have bad memories.
But the best part of recollection to them should be upon where we discover that the pain of that memory no longer holds us captive to that anymore. And upon where we all say, "I have lived; I have learned".

Are you kidding me I would forget in a heartbeat. Years later and the things I did as a kid still make me feel stupid at night.

Like some other friends I see posting here, there are some memories that I'd sure like to go away.

Not those memories of many great people I've known and my experiences with them,
nor of those have helped me to grow and learn more.

Just those memories that sometimes disturb my sleep, or at times, disturb my awake hours.

I'm told for some of us, that's PTSS.

I call it a simple KoanMare. (#??)
