I encountered a problem yesterday when I attempted to restart the computer. System seemed to hang and

took several minutes to restart. Looked inside the Event Viewer Application Log and found the following

Warning: Userenv 1524 - Windows cannot unload your classes registry file - it is still in use by other applications or services. The file will be unloaded when it is no longer in use.

The MS UPH Clean Service is already installed and showed the following issues:

The following handles in user profile hive have been closed because they were preventing the profile from unloading successfully:

System seemed to be running adequately after restart, but today the Event Log shows an Application Error Event ID 1000 in IE with the following information:

As I am already running the UPH Clean Service, any suggestions how to troubleshoot or resolve these issues?
