video clip streaming keeps stopping, rebuffering and starting -
I have performed antispyware/antivirus scans, pc speed ok but still bad streaming!

maybe the stream rate is too high for your connection

What kind of connection to the internet do you have?

If DSL or cable you can test your connection speeds
