ytdownloader and shopper-pro will not uninstall

these were downloaded on my computer, cant get them to remove.  some how something, maybe these, will not let me download anything on the internet.  my kaspersky anti virus finds nothing.  tried to download superantisypware and malware bytes and i can not.  shut down things that load on startup that i didnt recognize with no luck.  please help!!

So right click on system tray upon Kaspersky icon.Select tools,after that application control.Can you locate them?

found ytdownloader setup.exe and shopper pro and shopper pro.exe

btw its windows 8 so it was called application activity, assume thats the same thing.

So click upon Trusted and make them untrusted.

there is no spot for that... its a convertible tablet.  i long pressed on it and clicked application rules and set everything from allow to deny in the files and sysetm registry section.. shows read, write, create and delete should i set all under all subcategories to deny? and under rights set everything to deny there as well? and same for network rules?

You are talking me about application rules I think.I want to know when click on green trusted will open small window.Or when click upon the name of process will open window to terminate it.

if i hold it and press move to group, then hit untrusted nothing happens.

I don`t mean to move them in groups.One by one to terminate and untrust them in order to eliminate.

My idea is to make them untrusted easy to catch them later during the scan.

Ok.If your kaspersky is up to date.Shut down Internet connection and do a full complete scan.

found 3 virus's deleted them all, and when i try to uninstall ytdownloader it says you do not have sufficient access to uninstall.  with shopper pro nothing happens when i right click from control panel and hit uninstall
