It was unintentionally installed by one of my nephews and is not visible in the uninstall programs queue nor visible as a browser extension for removal.

Hello Ronomundo
We can try a few scanners to see if this can be cleaned -

You may want to print or save these directions -

First -

Please download Rkill (courtesy of BleepingComputer.com) to your desktop.
There are 2 different versions. If one of them won't run then download and try to run the other one.
NOTE : You only need to get one of these to run, not all of them.

You may get warnings from your antivirus about this tool, ignore them or shutdown your antivirus.

How To Temporarily Disable Your Anti-virus

rKill.exe: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/rkill/dl/10/
iExplore.exe (renamed rKill.exe): http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/rkill/dl/11/

* Double-click on the Rkill desktop icon to run the tool.
* A black DOS box will briefly flash and then disappear. This is normal and indicates the tool ran successfully.
* If not, delete the file, then download and use the one provided in Link 2.
* NOTEDo not reboot until instructed.
* If the tool does not run from any of the links provided, please let me know.

If normal mode still doesn't work, run the tool from safe mode.
When the scan is done Notepad will open with rKill log.
Post it in your next reply.

NOTE. rKill.txt log will also be present on your desktop.

Next -

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware Free (aka MBAM)
* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform quick scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad.
* Post the log back here.
Be sure to reboot the computer if required after you post the log.

Hi -

EDIT - Read and follow this uninstaller first (importanthttp://www.mysearchdial.com/faq/

Do not download any programs listed on that site, as they are mostly scams.

Was the game installed via a 3rd party installer like WildTangent Games App or Zylom Games Player ??

This can be why you have partially installed the game, and it will not have its own folder.

Is there any mention of the game in Programs and Features, or just these downloaders ??

Anything downloaded from µTorrent will also be hard to trace, and often infected ......

Have you asked where the game came from or was downloaded from or do you know ??

These downloaders all carry advertising (that you agree to) and unless known, it is hard to trace a games origin.

MiniToolBox is just a minor part of looking for a problem. We also require ........

Logs from Rkill - (only use 1 version)

iExplore.exe (renamed rKill.exe): http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/rkill/dl/11/

Fully Updated Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Logs

And also Logs from AdwCleaner.

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode and save to your Desktop.
NOTE : Please close or save all work, as the computer will be Rebooted
Double-click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
Vista/Windows 7/8 users right-click and select Run As Administrator.
Click on the Scan button. (only once)
AdwCleaner will begin...be patient as the scan may take some time to complete.
After the scan has finished, click on the Report button...a logfile (AdwCleaner[R0].txt) will open in Notepad for review.
If you see any which you do not want removed, remove the check mark next to it.
Next: Click on the Clean button (only once) to remove the selected items.
You will receive a message telling you that all programs will be close so that the infections can be removed.
Click on OK, and then OK again to confirm the reboot.
When cleaning process is complete a log (AdwCleaner[S0].txt ) of what was removed will be on your desktop.
Please copy and the paste this log in your next post.

A copy of all logfiles are saved in the C:\AdwCleaner folder which was created when running the tool.

I ran rKill and malware bytes but I didn't have an account at that point. I will try running adwcleaner now. I followed all your steps in your first reply to the question but I still have the game. I have uninstalled the mysearch and also something called conduct.

the game was downloaded when my sister was trying to download SuperRepo and accidentally clicked on a wrong download link. will download adwcleaner and post log now. thanks

Plarium.com is usually where the "Genuine" Total Domination Game is downloaded from.

You can safely remove WildTangent Games App and the 2 µTorrent versions.
µTorrent (Version: 3.2.0)
µTorrent (Version: 3.3.1.30017)

These (below) are all Known Add-on trackers and Redirectors that you (or others) have downloaded.
FindRight
WinZip Registry Optimizer
SearchProtect
MySearchDial

They are listed as removed (from the scan)

Now re-open AdwCleaner and hit the Uninstall button to remove the program, and anything quarantined.

The program can not be updated, so it should be treated as a "Single Run" program only.

You deleted Myfree Codec in the AdwCleaner scan, and there are a few opinions on this Windows 7 to Samsung connection program. If it is not required, do not be at all concerned, but if your Samsung phone needs it, please tell me.
Recent comments on this are listed (none are mine)

hi take a look at this post for some info on what it is
http://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Samsung/KIES-You-need-to-install-MyFreeCodec/td-p/393507
I think it's really rubbish we have to download this myfreecodec to be able to use the video imports from pc to samsung / samsung kies, if i blue tooth my videos they play fine but if i try and import them via samsung kies i get this stupid message to download a codec i know i don't need because the videos play ! I find my win7 PC quite often doesn't find my samsung phone the thing that seems to work for me is just simply turning my phone off and back on again the PC seems to find it OK then.

Has anything improved and do you have the ESET Scan Results ??

If you lose the log it can be found at C:\Program Files\ESET\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt

Hello -

Since neither of you replied back here, do I assume that you fixed your problems ??

I will take it off the Watch List in the morning if there is no reply.

Hello - first time poster. I am having this same problem. Not sure where the install came from, but it's a couple of weeks old and, like the users who posted here ahead of me, I've had no luck in finding the file to delete it. Have run Malwarebytes with scanner settings set to 'show in results and check for removal' - no luck. SO - where to now? Do I follow the very first scan instructions above, or can we skip ahead a few scans based on the results of scans performed by others who have this problem? Thanks in advance for your help. :)

Please create a New Topic, as your problem may be on a system that is not the same etc.
