First thing - welcome to BC !

Second thing - can you tell us a little more about this, such as : Make and model of computer;  Operating system; rough specs - amount of RAM, size of hard drive if you know them; what sort of games are you playing, videos watching ?

Computers crash for all sorts of different reasons, that's why this information is useful.

This could be a corrupt video driver.

Open the Device Manager and scroll down to Sound, video and game controllers and look for icons for errors (a red X) or warnings (a yellow question mark of exclamation mark) in the Nvidia drivers list.

Please download and install Speccy to provide us with information about your computer.  When the  FileHippo website opens, click on Download latest version in the upper left pane.

When Speccy opens you will see a screen similar to the one below.

speccy9_zps2d9cdedc.png

Click on File which is outlined in red in the screen above, and then click on Publish Snapshot.

The following screen will appear, click on Yes.

speccy7_zpsfa02105f.png

The following screen will appear, click on Copy to Clipboard.

speccy3_zps1791b093.png

In your next post right click inside the Reply to Topic box, then click on Paste.  This will load a link to the Speccy log.

Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.

 Checkmark the following checkboxes:

• List last 10 Event Viewer log
• List Installed Programs
• List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
• List Minidump Files

Click on Go to start the scan.  Once it is finished highlight the text, copy it and paste it in your next post.

I don't see McAfee in the list of programs, but MCPR.exe is shown in one of the repeated errors which is McAfee.

Please use the McAfee Consumer Products Removal tool Download.

Are you using the registry cleaner option in Ccleaner?

There seems to be a problem with Internet Explorer.  To see if this is causing your problem please download Firefox or Google Chrome.

Please download AdwCleaner and run it.

An image like the one below will open, click on Scan.

adwcleaner11_zps48314883.png

Once the search is complete a list of the pending items will be displayed.  If you see any which you do not want removed, remove the check mark next to it.

Click on Clean to remove the selected items.

You will receive a message telling you that all programs will be close so that the infections can be removed.  Click on Ok.

When cleaning process is complete a log of what was removed will be presented.  Please copy and the paste this log in your next post.

Another thing which could cause this type of problem is an infection.  I see you have uTorrent installed, downloading p2p files is one of the quickest ways I know of to become infected.  You have no way of knowing if the person sharing  has an infection.  Because of this I would suggest running a scan with Malwarebytes Antimalware.

Please download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.

1)  Double-click on mbam-setup.exe, then click on Run to install the application, follow the prompts through the installation.

2)  When the installation has finished, make sure you leave both of these checked:

    Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

    Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Then click on Finish.

3)  MBAM will automatically start and you will be asked to update the program before performing a scan. If an update is found, the program will automatically update itself. Press the OK button to close that box and continue.

4)  Click on perform Full Scan, then click on the Scan button.

If asked to select the drives to scan, leave all the drives selected and click on the Start Scan button.

5)  The scan will now begin, this may take some time to complete so please be patient.

6)  When the scan is finished click on Show Results to display all objects found.

7)  Click OK to close the message box and continue with the removal process.

8)  Back at the main Scanner screen, click on the Show Results button to see a list of any malware that was found.

Make sure that every item shown in the results has a check mark in the box next to it, then click on Remove Selected.

9)  When removal is completed, a log will open in Notepad.

This log is automatically saved and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.Copy and paste the contents of the log in your next post, then exit MBAM.

Important:  If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you may be asked to reboot your computer so it can proceed with the disinfection process. Reagardless if prompted to restart the computer or not, please do so immediately. Failure to reboot will prevent MBAM from removing all the malware.

Please copy the Malwarebytes log and paste it in your next post.

To locate this file right click on the Start orb and choose Open Windows Explorer, then click on C: drive.

When the C: drive opens click on the following:  ProgramData, Malwarebytes, Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, Logs.

If there is more than one log, choose the log with the date that you ran scan that I requested.

The MCPR.exe is there because I heard that it could be McAfee that was installed on computer that was doing the crashing to computer if it was not uninstall right but had problems trying to get MCPR.exe to work right but that was after my problem. I have had the problem with the computer freezing and restarting before I restored to factory settings and then after it still happens.

You have Iobit's Advanced System Care installed...please uninstall it, run the system without it for a while...see if your problems continue.

Bleeping Computer does not support the use of such "optimizer/registry cleaners" for many reasons...in a nutshell, these apps are more likely to cause problems than to correct bona fide system issues.

Microsoft support policy for the use of registry cleaning utilities - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2563254

Registry cleaner - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Registry_cleaner

Registry Cleaner FAQ, PC Support - http://pcsupport.about.com/od/registry-cleaner/a/registry-cleaner-faq.htm

You might also benefit from running the sfc /scannow command after removal of the aforementioned program...since the program may have removed or damaged key system files.
