It looks like you didn't complete ALL steps from my link.

If you did you shouldn't have any foreign toolbars or addons there.

Please redo.

Do you mean start from the very begining of your instructions back in the middle of August?  If so I will have to do it in bits as I am limited for time.

Which search engine would you recommend, I use IE8 and Google, I have tried Chrome and Firefox but I get too many adverts and popups

Download Autoruns for Windows: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902.aspx
No installation required.
Simply unzip Autoruns.zip file, and double click on autoruns.exe file to run the program.
Go File>Save, and save it as AutoRuns.txt file to know location.
You must select Text from drop-down menu as a file type:

Hope this is correct, it's getting a little complicated for my 67 year old brain.

I don't see any sign on VisualBee.

Can you post some screenshot?

I don't seem to be able to find anywhere to upload the sceen shot.  I've tried to send it as a reply to the email but that just gets returned. How do I send you a screen shot?  Copy and paste does not work.

This is the very first thing I tried before I asked for your help.  I told you several messages back that as soon as I click onto VisualBee V.11 the set as 'default/ Remove' icons just go faint and you can not click on them. If I click on Google they are high lighted and you can remove that but not VisualBee V11
