windows resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix..

Someone on another forum told me to use "sfc /scannow" I did. It gave me some line saying windows resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. I made a txt file to see what it couldn't fix and I got

I ran the scan again and this time it said Windows resource protection did not find any integrity violations. I ran a windows update.. maybe it fixed it..
