Didn't have any luck with tools suggested... but did use combofix.  It found a directory under system32 called URTTEMP.  That Directory contained fusion.dll, mscoree.dll, mscoree.dll.local, mscorsn.dll, mscorwks.dll, msvcr71.dll and last but not least regtlib.exe ...a known virus type agent. I have set the date forward six times and the redirect has stopped working. I think its gone....Good Luck all.
