Hello bagetzako and Welcome -

Can you give us some idea of how long you have had this problem ??

Is this just from the latest updates, or have you had this for a few months ?

Is your Internet connection always good, or have you had any problems logging on ?

Please download Farbar Service Scanner to desktop and run it on the computer with the issue.
Make sure the following options are checked:

  • Internet Services
  • Windows Firewall
  • System Restore
  • Security Center
  • Windows Update

Press "Scan".
It will create a log (FSS.txt) in the same directory the tool is run.
Please copy and paste the log to your reply.

This may give us some idea of where the problem is -

Thank You -

Are you able to access the computer in Safe Mode ? How to start Windows in Safe Mode
Please read this online site tutorial for help if you need it -

Did this happen when you rebooted after the updates, or the next time (next day) you turned the computer on ?

Try Safe Mode With Networking and see if you can access anything.

Next try Last Known Good Configuration (also from the Safe mode menu) -

Do you rember Rebooting after the Updates ?

There is always a 90% chance that you are / were asked to reboot.

I do not exactly recall, but there were quite a few updates in the last lot, and you were asked to reboot after the install.
