It depends on your end goal.

If you have a hosting account you may find that you can install Wordpress at no cost and be up and running in no time.

The dashboard is easy to use and there are answers in the WP forums.

Thanks. My goal is to learn Languages Like HTML/CSS/JAVA or others so I can begin designing websites, I've always been interested in computers, but have taken very few computer related classes. I took a crash Class in graphic design, and remember some of the beginner HTML taught in this class. I just figured this would be a good place to start.

www.w3schools.com is good

EDIT: If you can go for a paid one though, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending www.teamtreehouse.com!

Check out codecademy.com. They have good HTML, CSS, and JavaScript lessons that I've been using recently.

Just wanted to say that I've been looking for the same thing. I'm going to check those two sites out as soon as I get a chance. Hopefully I remember to post back here what I thought of them after.
