RIght click on the FILE

 

Click on Open with>>Choose default program

 

Click on Browse

 

Browse to C:\windows

 

Now select a file called REGEDIT and click ok

 

Now you should receive a prompt ,click ok and YES

 

Restart the PC and try to update.
