Hi peeps.

Don't know if I've posted in the right section, apologies if I've not.

Just curious because I used Junkware Removal Tool ooh about 2 weeks ago (I think.) I completely removed the file after but 3 times it has reappeared on my desktop.. ??! 3rd time being just a few moments ago.. but I haven't done anything different today.. so a bit puzzled.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this to happen, please?

Thanks in advance.

Have you done a search for the file and attempted to delete?

Hi, Buddy.

Just did a search and found a JRT folder with lots of entries in it. Didn't think to search as I thought that once I deleted the file that would be it.

Is it safe just to delete the folder? It's in Computer > local disk (C:) full of dat - cfg and windows batch files mainly... and erunt and temp

Send it to the recycle bin. Leave it there for a couple of days.
