Twitter has identified the accounts at risk, it is thought that the hacker were able to collect the usernames, the email associated with it, the session token and the encrypted passwords. Twitter already invalidated the sessions, reset the passwords and sent out an email for those accounts, so that the accounts should not be hijacked by the hackers.
I wonder if the twitter outage this week was related to that.
