I am using the latest version of Internet Explorer and for some reason the EBAY page loads incorrectly. I can see all the text, but any graphic is displayed as an error. My security setting on the browser are accepting everything now.

Please help, thanks

Can you post a screenshot of the page? That would be more then helpful! A variety of things could be causing this problem. Tell me, are you able to see the ebay logo below?

Posted Image

If not then can you see it when you

1. Your browser is blocking all images or maybe even blocking all content from the domain http://pics.ebay.com.

2. An application has edited your host file to make the domain "http://pics.ebay.com" point to localhost.

3. An application such as a firewall (Ex: Norton Personal Firewall) is blocking the images. NPF has an option to block all advertisements on page. Maybe it is detecting the images as advertisements?

There could be a number of reasons this is happening. You may want to also check what programs are running with Windows when you start it up. You may be infected with some kind of virus or even spyware program.

Thank you all, I figured it out. I have Norton and Zone Alarm Pro running. With the browser privacy feature, the Norton protection, and the ZoneAlarm Pro, I finally found it.

Within the zonealarm pro programs (firewall), there is a option deep within the menus that I had to check off. That is what did it.

Can you please tell me what setting you adjusted in Zone Alarm to fix this? I am having the same exact problem with getting EBAY to display correctly. I have tried Firefox, etc. and still its the only website I am having problems with. Thanks :

Gedalneil told me it may have been under the Privacy settings and then turn off ad blocking.

I googled the phrase "Ebay won't display" and came across this post.

I see others have had this problem in the past.

I used the Ebay Live Help and they suggested I swicth browsers.

I did and it worked, I can see Ebay using IE but with FireFox I cannot.

When I use FireFox the home page looks blank with lot's of white space where the "feautured iitems" should be, also the powersellers icons are gone along with the stars that are next to the seller ID's.

Just a bunch of grafics gone.

I don't want to have to use IE everytime I wnat to visit Ebay.

I would like to fix this FireFox.

I have Norton AnitVirus Corporate Edition on my computer but the other stuff I have no clue about.

Privacy setting etc.... I'm a complete newbie when it comes to those things.

So someone is going to have to hold my hands through this. LOL!!

I'm lost !!

Looking forward to any help and suggestions.

Thank you!!

Ok i found it under Web Features catagory and it is checked but there is another box with it that says "for the orginating website only"

Should I mark that box too?
