I have a customizable proposal in PDF form that I cannot customize. It will let me fill in some parts on page one, but when I go to the second page and try to modify it the following comes on the screen: PDF Vista has stopped working.

What do I need to do to correct this problem so that I can customize the proposals?

You need a program that allows you to edit .pdf files, not merely read them them.
