Thunderbird e-mail

I could not find a forum relating specifically to 'Thunderbird'

My question is this : I have created 3 e-mail groups - 2 work - 1 does not
When i hit send a message appears 'does not contain user@host in address'

Does anyone know how I can fix this ?
