I need to know the cheapest combination for i7 and a good motherboard and video card.

My budget for the new computer is: tight lol

What are the primary uses for this computer ( mail, web browsing, games)

What software do you intend on using on the computer? a heap of games

Do you play games? If so, what type of games? MMOS, MMORPGS,and MOBAS like DOTA 2, HON and LOL

There has to be a specific limit for the budget and you don't need a i7 for gaming especially when your on a tight budget.

Try to get an i5 3rd generation or a laptop with a bigger dedicated GPU if you intent to use it for heavier games and better performance.

The lowest end i5 or a AMD FX-6300 would be fine for a CPU. For the motherboard have a look at the Z77 chipset for Intel and 970 or 990FX chipset for AMD and it's best to get full-atx. With the games your trying to play which isn't really intensive a 7850 would perfectly work with the games.
