TSleepinfo_EXE[1] is probably this files tsleepinfo-exe that you downloaded twice. Nothing to worry about.Just ran CCleaner again. No zip files, but it now shows Content.ie5 containing 27 random .png files and something called TSleepinfo_EXE[1].
Everything pages you download or read on the internet goes to the Temporary folder.The png images are all replicates of a picture from a newspaper article I read using Firefox, not sure why they've appeared repeated in Content.ie5!
