IP delisted by Project HoneyPot

Hi!
My IP (41.221.193.210) has been delisted twice and whitelisted twice by the HoneyPot Project, lately.
So yesterday I decided to use the combination Rkill+Spybot+Malwarebytes+ComboFix to literally try to KILL the problem. It surely removed a lot of things from my computer!!
Then, this morning I requested HoneyPot to whiteliste it again, they did it half a hour later, but just in case, I am contacting you so that I can have a clear picture of what can cause my IP to desseminate malware into the world.
If you see fit I will send the ComboFix log. You can see at (http://www.projecthoneypot.org/list_of_ips.php?ctry=CV) that without knowing it, I (that is my computer) have been desseminating malware since from 2011-12-14 to this very day (since I have just checked back), which means that the IP is surely going to be delisted again.

So please help me.

Hello having run ComboFix we need to see that and a DDS log.

Create a DDS log and post it in the new topic explained in step 9 which is here Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs and not in this topic,thanks.
Skip the GMER step and instead post the ComboFix log you posted earlier.
