Sorry I post this without an introduction on the introduction forums, but I have a problem and I tried everything but nothing worked.
Basically the problem is that the message "trojandownloader:win32/adload.da-virus" keeps showing up under the flagged messages on my computer. It gives a solution to download the microsoft-scanner but when I run that scanner, it finds nothing
I saw there were posts on this forum from other people with the same problem and I tried to download removal software to get rid of it but it doesn't work.
Can anyone help me?
