I have a lenovo desktop 3000h series 210h
Today I reformatted my computer and did a clean install. Then I put in the cd for the drivers to install them and when I hit the setup.exe file the computer comes up with a path to the file name and the message A device attached to the system is not functioning. I thought maybe it was the cd player so I copied the cd to the hard drive. Still no luck same message appears again. I thought maybe it was a driver problem so I downloaded all the drivers and when i hit the .exe to install one of the drivers the same messages appears. I tried all the .exe files i got for the drivers and each one displays the same message. I tried searching on google and can't find anyone that has a solution to this problem any help would be greatly appreciated. it seems to be only files to install programs because when i hit .exe that are already installed they open just fine.
