random highlighted word taking me to adds??? on everyweb page? maybe adware?help

Hi,
on every web page i go on a few random words seem to be hightlighted and underlined in blue?? if i hover over them
the bring up a square saying win this with pics of phones or random things like that trying to get me to select the
highlighted word but i know this isnt ment to be happening but dont know what it is or how to remove it??

PLEASE help me :thumbup2:
