I think I may be infected with a virus

So, here's my problem. I went to use windows defrag utility and my computer prompted me for admin credentials. Normally I wouldn't mind except it was the defrag exe but it said it was from an unknown source? I found that odd. Recently something similar happened with device manager, so I just formatted and re-installed. But now I have this, which seems similar.

Hello pigninja. Let's get a deeper look. Please go here....Preparation Guide ,do steps 6-9.

Create a DDS log and post it in the new topic explained in step 9 which is here Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs and not in this topic,thanks.
If GMER won't run (it may not on a 64 bit system) skip it and move on.
