Hi,

I cannot open one program, Pro Tools. I tried unistalling, reinstalling, and rebooting a couple of times. I've tried a few other things too but no luck.

Any idea how I can get this program to open?

Thanks,

Jeff

Hi, well, I posted their too, but no reply yet. I thought it might not necessarily be related to just that one program.

It's been working for years with no problems. I wasn't asked to activate/register after the reinstall. If I try to open it, other programs won't open, and I have to reboot.

I have no further suggestions other than trying the CDs on another PC if it will work. I have never used that software but will let you know if I can find more solutions. Maybe providing any messages or errors when you run the program would help.
