Page cannot be displayed after virus removal

I am having an issue with a virus from a PC i am repairing.

If i remove the viruses installed on it, then Internet explorer breaks, i do a system restore, they come back. and IE works. Remove them, after restart it's broken again.

if i scan with Malwarebytes it finds nothing.

I've renamed the host file and let Windows rebuild or replace it after next reboot, still broken..

PC is Win Vista Home Premium.

Checkmark following boxes:

Flush DNS
Report IE Proxy Settings
Reset IE Proxy Settings
Report FF Proxy Settings
Reset FF Proxy Settings
List content of Hosts
List IP configuration
List Winsock Entries
List last 10 Event Viewer log
List Installed Programs
List Users, Partitions and Memory size

Download Farbar Service Scanner to your desktop.

Open the program.
Put a check mark on all boxes.
Then click "Scan".
Post the log file of the scan.

Do you still have issues with IE? I would advise you to use another browser like Mozila Firefox or Google Chrome. But if you still want to use IE, we can try to fix it.
