Irrespective of whether it is running on Windows XP SP3 or Windows 7 and unlike all its earlier version, the entire Pro X5 program vanished/moved out of the PC screen immediately the moment its Activation Code was keyed in as well as the "Continue" icon was hit on, resulting in unsuccessful registration. How should we act upon? Suggestions are most welcome!

Corel Support Install page here: http://www.corel.com/corel/pages/index.jsp?pgid=800164

On that page is links to online support. I suggest since this is a new install you work with vendor support.

I have VS 15...I'd contact Corel Support.

I'd also make sure that it's a legal version.

I've used Ulead/Corel VS for about 10 years now, never had any problems such as you describe.
