Hi could someone help me with hookimg my cell phone up to my hdtv. I just bought an micro usb/midi adapter and it does nothing.i am just tring to mirror my phone to my tv so i can watch videos that are on my phone on my tv. Thanks everyone

Not possible with your make and model phone. It does not have HDMI out.
Unless somebody else knows a way. The only way I know, is if the phone has HDMI out.
