I am trying to help my mom backup her Vista 64 bit system using the backup and restore feature that came with it.

I used a new cd that says cd-r, 52x 700mb, 80min. It seemed like it was working for awhil and then I got an error that said

An error occured. The following information might help you resolve the error: The wrong diskette is in the drive. Insert %2(volume serial Number:%3) into drive %1. (0x80070022)

Attached is the screenshot of the error

thanks for your help,
cheryl

If you want to backup files, just use an external drive which has more data storage capacity or a 4 plus gig DVD discs if your optical drive is a DVD-RW. There might be a bug or problem with windows built-in backup and restore feature as most would refer using 3rd party backup softwares nowadays.
