Several days ago I downloaded some downloads from Windows and the company that I got my laptop from. Since then i have been unable to get either Internet Expolrer 10 or Google Chrome to connect to the internet. they just keep loading, and loading, and loading. Or I get a "Web page cannot be found" or other such message. It is really beginning to frustrate me.
Also, since I put in those downlods, several of my programs, such as Adobe InDesign and Corel Wordd Perfect have been freezing up or crashing. I've had to force my computer to turn off at least three times in the lasat several days, because the entire system has been getting 'stuck'.
I could really use some advice here. I cn't afford to be without my computer for very long, what with school starting next week. Please help me!!!!!!!!!
