Does FAFSA help with classes for CompTIA A+ and Network+ ?

Its cheaper than a 4 year degree...

Depends on if the school in question is an eligible school and if the program is an eligible program. The best sources of information regarding this kind of question is the financial aid offices of the schools you are interested in attending and this website: http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/ I did unearth some specific pages that address your question more particularly.

FAFSA cannot be used for non credit classes.

I wasn't aware that the classes for CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications were non-credit.
