Good afternoon. I have a problem with my computer. I was using Norton Antivirus. Unfortunately this got expired and apparently my computer got a virus. I Download the program MICROSOFT SECURITY ESSENTIALS but I can not open it for any reason. I deleted it and re-installed and I still having problems to open it. How do I can open this program? Thanks so much
