Installing a shared printer

I have a Win XP SP3 machine with a Samsung ML2160 printer hooked up by USB that a Win7 computer needs to access.

We use it for envelope printing.

The printer is shared the Win 7 machine sees it but will not print to it.

Can some one give me the steps to get this to work?
