I am a student at Cornell University.
We have their wireless internet connection.
I visited porn sites, and now my internet connection is on and off.
I tried XP TCPIP Repair, Malewarebytes Anti-Malware, and System Restore, and they did not work.
Is there a free sure-fire way to fix my WIFI internet connection for good?

Hi -
You can always try these commands
Open a command window (Start -> Run -> cmd -> OK), and type the following commands,
one at a time: Press Enter after each command. Note where the spaces are.

net stop wuauserv
regsvr32 /s wuapi.dll
regsvr32 /s wuaueng1.dll
regsvr32 /s wuaueng.dll
regsvr32 /s wucltui.dll
regsvr32 /s wups2.dll
regsvr32 /s wups.dll
regsvr32 /s wuweb.dll
net start wuauserv

See if that reinstalls the internet -
Always make sure your Antivirus is operating and fully updated. Same with Malwarebytes -
If you still have problems please post in the Infected area of the forum -

Thank You -
