Hi there, need advice for the build below. Hoping to build my first desktop over the summer. Its use will be for photo and video editing along with 3d rendering. Along with normal University use. I dont require the desktop for any hardcore gaming as such but i may use it from time to time for the such like.

CPU - Intel Core i7-3770k IvyBridge
MB - MSI Z77A-G43
CPU Cooler - Cooler Master Hyper 212
PSU - Corsair Builder Series 500CX 
GPU - Palit GTX 550Ti
HDD - 1TB Seagate
Optical Drive
Card Reader
RAM - Corsair 16GB XMS3 4x4gb
Fans - 2 x Cooler Master Sickle Blue

You would want something that has a higher wattage to it, something like this.
