Help!!: I am extensively contaminated with virus!!

Hi, please help me with this virus problem.

I have done until now the next:

I first ran the microsoft safety scanner in SAFETY MODE and I found the following.

Trojan: Win32/Alureon.FS
Expploit: Java/CVE-2012-0507.t
TrojanDownloader: Win32/Karagany.I

Next in the same MODE I ran Malwarebytes and found:

TrojanFakeAlert: c:\program data\nTbYeTIHMke.exe
TrojanFakeAlert: Registry value HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\current version\Run|nTbYeTIHMke.exe

Launch it.Click on change parameters-Select TDLFS file system

Click on "Scan".Please post the LOG report(log file should be in your C drive)

Launch it, allow it to download latest Avast! virus definitions
Click the "Scan" button to start scan.After scan finishes,click on Save log

Post the log results here

Rerun malwarebytes to make sure that you get a clean log
