How to reset unlock code in Nokia X2-01?

Here's the deal, using the in-built software(OS) on my phone, I successfully locked the keypad of my Nokia x2-01 mobile phone using a password code. But now I forgot it, is there any way to reset that code so that I can, like before, access all my files & settings without any problems.

Really, please help me on this. Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure if it will work, but try dialing *#7780# then pressing Ok/Yes. It's supposed to soft-reset your phone.

gud day ... i think it won't work tru just a codes neither to factory reset or hard reset u ned to bring it into cellphone shop bec it needs a box supported by nokia's phone..... correct me if i am wrong...........
