Go to Start>>run type cmd and press enter
It will bring this black prompt up

a. type in: Ping 127.0.0.1 That is your local loop back address see it that is successful if not please write back (adapter problem)
b. and try to ping this address which is Google 74.125.228.140 I know I have a weird IP (DNS problem)

If its a DNS issued its unable to translate IP to Host names
Attempt to access Google IP returned error: Google IP is unreachable

This is Microsoft fix it site that will reset your Internet/TCIP to defaults I know you had bad experience with this but they have an automatic tool for you. you can try this

thanks guys for replays, unfortunately i saw posts too late and only managed to do some of 'narenxp'things but without results, im home now but did few reports from tools i have founded before on this site in case u need em(minitoolbox, fss and Security Check)
by the way i have something to say about some things u posted guys

Press Windows+R key and type

cmd and click ok

Now run this command

net start dhcp

Now check if you can browse internet.Restart the PC and check again. If that doesnt work try this

is this similar with manualy starting services throught 'services.msc' or 'sc start dhcp' command???I tried this and internet comes but untill restart. To be honest i found workaround for my problem some time ago, created batch file with 'sc start dhcp' command and make it execute as group policy at startup and that works and internet conects at system start but i want to find the problem and make internet and services start on their own...hope u get me :)

Download

Winsock fix

Launch it ,Click on FIX

Restart your PC after it gets completed

Check your browser. If that doesnt work try this

link dont work by the way:), but have tried with different tools(winsocks fixers) and nothing:(

PLEASE create a restore point before trying this

Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 0ms, Maximum = 0ms, Average = 0ms
