Syria and the media

The question in mind to me, is the white house entirely truthful-and is even the one released from the white house upholding freedom of speech? I know its not referencing the ability of free media in the US-but is it being hypocritical to restrict the ability of another country to report? just because its being abused does it make it right to remove it? Anyway other thoughts?

The link I gave you is to the actual executive order so that people can read it for themselves and see that in now way is anyone restricted from reporting on the issue. The article you linked to was written by someone with an obvious agenda, or a complete lack of ability to understand a very plainly written, and short, missive.

while I dont doubt the white house would willingly lie about such a order, in this case I tend to agree with you about the link I found. With that being said, Im not entirely certain whether or not I agree with the actual executive order, Im still thinking about it.
