Adobe appears to have released a Flash player update. Here's the full version download link: Download Flash player 11.2.202.233
Or you can download the helper version from here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
The difference between the two is that with the latter, you'll only be downloading a helper file which when run, will perform the update over the Internet. The full version can be installed locally offline.
If you didn't disable the auto-updater which is a new feature in version 11.2.202.228, you should have received the latest version automatically already. To check, hit CTRL+SHIFT+A in Firefox to get the "Add-ons" menu and then open the "Plugins" submenu. Or in IE, go to "Tools" | "Manage Add-ons" and set the left hand dropdown menu to "Run without permission".
There doesn't appear to be a Adobe security bulletin for the latest version, so you might want to postpone updating until more details emerge.
