Medal Of Honor Allied Assault

Have installed game but the graphics are in blocks of colour,greenish,black,whiteish.It looks a bit like neon.Sound,movement is all ok.
I have - updated drivers,changed display properties,restarted,re-installed,shut down background programmes,checked for conflicts,disabled hardware acceleration,all to no avail.
I have other games,recently installed which run fine.
I have run out of things to try.
The game was bought new from Amazon.

My specs -

XP SP3
NVidia GTS250 card
SoundBlaster Extigy Soundcard
AMD Athlon X2 250 Processor 3GHz
4 GB Ram

Out of curiosity,I downloaded the Demo of MoH Allied Assault,and it runs perfectly.
Any ideas gratefully accepted!

Are there any like 3D settings in the graphics option menu?
I know that I bought an older star wars game with some enhanced 3d model settings- and when that is turned on the game looks just as you described. I think it is a problem with newer graphics cards running older game stuff.
So look at the graphics options (If you see anything like "Advanced 3D accelleration")- Granted, the game I bought was from 1997, but from reading about it, the devolopers and reviewers claimed it was advanced for its time.
